Felicia Cantu

Felicia has joined Strategic Asset Management Group, Inc. to help launch our Lease Administration wing.  She’ll primarily be responsible for handling lease administration tasks, such as communicating with our clients landlord’s, reviewing CAM Recs, preparing executive summaries, and essentially serving as the liaison between our clients and their landlords.  Prior to joining Strategic, Felicia held a Property Manager position with a commercial company in the Silicon Valley, managing a 50,000 square foot property as well as assisting at multiple other locations in the region. She has spent a lot of time training new staff and strives to be a key player in company growth. Additionally, she has 9 years of customer service in her background, adding a vibrant touch to the team. On her free time, she enjoys hiking the outdoors with her dog or reading a good book.
